Much of the content on the MARS website is user editable. You must be logged in to edit content. All pages with editable content display an Edit Mode bar along the top. Panels on those page with editable content have a drop down edit menu (down arrow) in the upper left hand corner.

Many of your website configuration settings are stored on your computer. In order for the website to do that, you must grant it permission to store settings (cookies) on your computer. If you're using Internet Explorer simply add the MARS website to your trusted sites list.
